Shipping Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

Possible Shipping Delays
Although we strive for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as high order volumes, holidays, severe weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 3 business days for delivery. If your order still has not arrived after this extended period, contact us at support@caldwellvoss.com and we will promptly investigate the issue.

Order Cancellations
To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@caldwellvoss.com. Cancellations are generally possible before processing begins. Once processing has started, the order can no longer be canceled, and the return process must be followed after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, email support@caldwellvoss.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item and its packaging. Once the request is reviewed, you can request a replacement or a full refund.
