If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, please review the information below for details on our return, refund, and exchange process.
Important Information
- Return Period: 30 days from the date of delivery
- Refund Processing Time: Within 7 business days after return approval
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. However, if the product is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs
- Restocking Fees: No restocking fees are charged
Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in original packaging
- Have all original tags attached
Notes:
- Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
- Returns showing wear, odor, damage, or missing components will be rejected.
How to Start a Return

Contact us first: Email us at support@caldwellvoss.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

Follow return instructions: Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions with the return address.
- Package securely: Please ensure the item is carefully packed to avoid damage during return shipping.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. However, if the product is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been accepted. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@caldwellvoss.com with details of the item you wish to exchange.
All exchange items must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all original tags attached.
If you request an exchange and the replacement item is available, it will be shipped once the returned item has been received and approved.
If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Order Cancellations
To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@caldwellvoss.com. Cancellations are generally possible before processing begins. Once processing has started, the order can no longer be canceled, and the return process must be followed after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, email support@caldwellvoss.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item and its packaging. Once the request is reviewed, you can request a replacement or a full refund.
